AC units are industrial products with number of costly components and spares which needs periodical preventive maintainace to keep the unit in effective condiction through out the year. The regular maintainance also averts major failure of components such as compressor, condenser and cooling coils and fan motor. It also helps to run the unit in optimum power to save your electricity bill. Also the AMc increases the life and resale value.
We have different AMC schemes to enable you to choose the one for you.
COMPRESSIVE AMC
Under our compherensive AMC your AC units will be provided with complete care and attention to ensure the trouble free effective performance throught out the year.
- 1. The Air conditioner units will be provided with Quarterly/alternate month Preventive
service. (4/6 service in a year)
- 2. The break down calls will be attended immediately.
- 3. The units which are blocked with rust and dust and performing low will be provided
with complete water service once in a year.
- 4. The AMC is including/excluding of Compressor.
- 5. All electrical spares, Fan Motor, Fan Blade, Starting Capacitor, Running Capacitor
and Relay are included in our AMC.
- 6. Gas charging, Overhauling, Chemical Washing, Repairs, Rusted place painting and
Transportation are also covered under AMC
EXCLUSIONS OF COMPREHENSIVE AMC
Sheet metal parts, Outer Cover, Condenser coil, Cooling Coil, Tinkering & Painting,
Front panel, PCB & Refrigerant piping, All knobs & Switches, Plastic Components,
Remote Control, Air Filter, Dismantling, Shifting & Re installation.
LABOUR AMC
Under our Labour AMC, your Air Conditioner units will be provided with complete care
and attention to ensure the trouble free effective performance throughout the year.
- 1. The Air Conditioner units will be provided with maintenance service on Quarterly /
Alternate month basis. (4/6 service in a year)
- 2. The complaint calls and break-down calls will be attended immediately.
- 3. The units blocked with rust and dust and performing low will be provided with
complete brought down water service once in a year.
- 4. The minor fault, repairs will be attended at site and rectified at free of cost under this
AMC.
- 5. All the electrical parts will be checked and lubrication will be done on service for better
performance
EXCLUSIONS OF LABOUR AMC
- 1. Any Spares, Components and major repairs such as Overhauling, Gas charging etc.
- 2. Transportation of unit/s and major repairs to be borne by the customer.
- 3. A separate estimate will be submitted for each repair/replacement, whenever found
necessary.
